Nurture, Coach and Inspire  

To be part of the Yanibes Mentorship Program Mentors' Family is easy. You need to: 

  • be willing to spare 1 hour a week for 3 months or 2 hours a month for 6 months to mentor and coach a mentee 

  • have an expertise or multiple areas of expertise you wish to coach your mentee(s) on 

  • be willing to commit for 3 or 6 months

  • register by using the form below

Frequently asked questions

Question 1. What platforms are used to run the Mentorship?

Answer       Zoom or Skype. 


Question 2.  As a mentor, am I getting paid?

Answer.       No. 


Question 3. Is there a set program/schedule for each subject or do I create my own?

Answer.      Yes, there is, but you can customize it to make it your own. 


Question 4. If a Mentee does not show commitment, what can I do? 

Answer.       You need to report any missed session by email to assistant@yanibes.com. If the Mentee misses 2 hourly sessions, he/she will be removed from the program.   


Question 5. Can I choose my Mentee(s)? 

Answer.      No, they are allocated by their choice of subject and the area of expertise of the Mentor.
